The Visitor Interaction course allows your staff to develop a better relationship with your visitors and customers.

Whether your staff are 'Explainers', 'Facilitators', 'Warders' or 'Enablers' this course will provide them with the skills they need to enhance the visitor experience at your museum or visitor centre.

Participants will develop the skills they need to interact with a broad range of visitors, allowing them to confidently approach visitors and engage them in a meaningful way. After attending the course, your staff will be remembered as much as the content of your galleries.
