In 2003, show me learning's Steve Allman was approached by
Design Eye Publishers to write an interactive book all about energy.

Energy Lab's rubber bands, balloons, photoluminescent paper, wire, pipettes and glow sticks which accompany the book allow the reader to carry out a number of experiments and activities as they investigate the science of energy and consider their own energy usage.

As the author, Steve was not only required to research and write the book's content, but also ensure any graphics produced and components supplied would allow the reader to successfully complete the 40 hands-on projects.
